CompactHR

For CompactHR, we developed a cloud-based payroll and HR portal designed to simplify how payroll changes are captured and processed. The system reduces manual rekeying, improves validation, supports employee onboarding, and gives SMEs an easier route into integrated HR and payroll workflows.

One Mortgage Systems

For One Mortgage Systems, we provided contracting support on the modernisation of a large legacy ASP.NET platform, helping move core parts of the system onto .NET 8. The work focused on improving maintainability, modern development practices, and the long-term sustainability of a business-critical mortgage application.

ProductNormaliser is an open product-intelligence engine we maintain for turning messy retailer and manufacturer data into clean, canonical, comparable product records. It crawls source pages, extracts structured evidence, normalises attributes, resolves identity across sources, and builds an explainable merged product view for downstream analytics and catalogue workflows.

Applied AI / Prototype

AI Medical Scribe

AI Medical Scribe is a browser-based, local-first prototype exploring live consultation transcription, on-device summarisation, document drafting, structured extraction, audit logging, and FHIR export. It shows how privacy-conscious AI tooling can be explored in the browser without relying on a traditional backend.
